Typically I’m posting about goal setting and ways I’m hitting my own goals as well. I’m not blowing smoke up your butt when I create these posts. I’m giving you what’s really going on. The good, the bad, the ugly, the really ugly and the kick ass. There isn’t a single formula that works for everyone. There’s always a trial and error aspect. You’ll be along for the ride as I work through mine.
